Plot[]
The class decides to do an English teahouse as their cultural festival project, and Arata and Chizuru meet Ms. Amatsu in the staff room to get the documents approved. Ms. Amatsu commends Arata for being very adultlike when he was trying to motivate the class, which Chizuru agrees with. Ms. Amatsu then reminds them that they only have three weeks before the festival, so they are going to have to work hard.
Chizuru immediately starts making plans to get the project going, but Arata tells her that they have get the rest of the class involved in planing the project. She objects that the project will not be successful that way as everyone else has been lethargic about it so far. While Arata is not convinced he is unable to counter her argument, and Chizuru sends him away to study for his retry tests while she continues to work by herself.
Later, Chizuru presents Arata with the plans she has made about pretty much every aspect of the project. Arata again tries but fails to convince her of the need to discuss the plans with others, as she believes it is too inefficient and also does not mind doing the work. Arata then goes to take the retry tests, however he is anxious about leaving Chizuru to work on the project by herself and fails again.
